- Your therapist will massage you with polished and heated Arkansas quartz crystals known for their unique frequency, and focus on the seven energy centers of the body with specifically pitched tuning forks to help restore your mind and body into perfect balance. A personally selected crystal will be given to you at the beginning or ending of the treatment for you to have and take with you when you leave.
Indian Foot Detox
This unique treatment, steeped in centuries of Ayurvedic ceremony, uses ghee (clarified butter) or coconut oil. The massage is deeply revitalizing for tired feet and legs. The heart of the treatment involves vigorously rubbing the soles of the feet with a 3-metal bowl to draw heat and toxins out of the body. This helps to detoxify and balance the body's energies. You can do this treatment while fully clothed or with loose-fitted clothing.
Reiki
Reiki, meaning "universal life energy", is an ancient healing method that manipulates energy flow throughout the body to heal, relax, and reduce stress. With the light touch of your therapist's hands, they can scan your body intuitively improving energy flow in the places of need.
