Meet Our Team
Tabatha Bishop - Licensed Massage Therapist
Tabatha grew up in Arkansas by the Caddo River, discovered massage therapy and earned her license in 2012, and fell in love with the spa life. Her style is a blend of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage as well as heat therapy. She is also certified in Geriatric and Orthopedic massage.
Her goal is to provide each client with an amazing massage and an unforgettable spa experience.
When not at the spa, Tabatha is home with her wonderful husband and two beautiful boys.
Tabatha is available for bodywork on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Kara Rowland – Licensed Massage Therapist
Kara grew up in Mount Ida around Lake Ouachita and began studying massage therapy in 2020. Aside from providing phenomenal Swedish to Deep Tissue massages, she is also certified in Reiki, Card Reading, and has a true passion for energy work. When she's not working, she is spending her free time with her partner and two beautiful kids.
Kara is available for body or energy work on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
Jessica Bradshaw – Owner & Spa Director
Jessica started working at the spa in 2007 as a part-time spa attendant while in high school and fell in love with everything about Turtle Cove Spa. When an opportunity to buy the spa occurred in 2024, she knew she couldn't pass up the chance to make one of her dreams come true. Now a mother of two, Jessica is just as passionate about Turtle Cove Spa now as she was 17 years ago.
Friendly and knowledgeable about every aspect of the spa, she will cheerfully and efficiently take care of all your questions, scheduling requirements, and anything else you might need.
Lee Ann Farnell – Spa Reception
Lee Ann works full-time as a front-desk receptionist with Turtle Cove Spa. Many may already know her from her years of service at Mountain Harbor's front desk starting in 2007, but we were blessed enough for her to join our spa team in 2013. Her dependability and loyalty is compared to none. When she's not working, you're likely to find her with her head in a book, trying to crush her Goodreads book goals.
She loves Lake Ouachita, Turtle Cove Spa and Mountain Harbor.
Ralph Forbes – Master Massage Therapist
Ralph began his career in massage therapy in 1985 and currently carries a Master level license in Massage Therapy. In addition to having taught massage therapy in Hot Springs, he also teaches CEU courses for other massage therapists.
Ralph’s massage style is a cross between Eslon and Lomi Lomi techniques, and incorporates full body stretches to facilitate ease of movement.
He is also certified in prenatal massage as well as myofascial release.
Ralph is available for bodywork on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
Molly Black – Licensed Esthetician
Molly is available on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
