Four Hands Massage: Two therapists work in rhythmic synchronization to give you the most relaxing experience ever!
Hand & Foot Reflexology Massage: Your feet carry the weight of your body, compensate for the almost unnoticeable shift of your spine and hold your body in balance. Reflexology Massage relaxes your entire body through heat and pressure point movements, concentrating on the nerve endings in your hands and feet.
Neck, Back & Shoulder Massage: Let this highly focused massage help relieve the tension in your neck, back and shoulders. The massage therapist will use a variety of massage and stretching techniques to alleviate back misalignment, tightness of muscles, headaches and other stress induced symptoms. Choose to use our massage chair or massage table. Loose fitting clothing is optional for this massage.
Ouachita Hot Stone Massage*: Your therapist will perform a variety of massage strokes using polished stones heated in water and infused and lubricated with essential oils. The heat penetrates deep into the muscle tissue inducing deep relaxation without overheating.
Prenatal Massage: Ease your aching muscles through the use of strategically place pillows and massage. Good for any stage of pregnancy. Baby will love it, too!
Shiatsu: In this rhythmic Oriental technique, the therapist stimulates acupressure points in conjunction with a relaxing stroking movement. Pressure is applied along meridians and acu-points to tone, sedate, and balance the mind and body. Loose fitting clothing is optional.
TCS Custom Massage*: Our highly trained staff of massage therapists will consult with you about your specific needs and create a massage that is right for you-whether you need a Swedish based relaxing massage to help you unwind from the day's activities, therapeutic bodywork, or deep tissue to relieve pain and sore muscles. Our TCS Custom Massage utilizes a variety of massage techniques with aromatherapy.

Steam Aromatherapy Treatment with Vichy Shower: Prior to your massage, essential oils infused in steam melt away tensions as you relax in our Thermal M Machine. While your body steams in preparation for the massage, your Therapist will relax your mind with an aromatic scalp and facial massage.
Vibro-Acoustic Sound Table: Get ready to be transported to a state of deep relaxation on our unique vibro-acoustic table during your massage.Our music is carefully selected to help you go into a deep state of relaxation unlike any you have experienced. Highly recommended for people with high stress or high blood pressure.
